An original SUN release from 1956, this was Johnny's 3rd release on this legendary label. The vinyl itself is in Mint Minus condition, hardly any marks whatsoever, this copy has probably been played a few times and then stored for safekeeping.

When you listen to both sides of this record you actually cant beleive its 52 years old, it plays so strong and clear. Luthers guitar solo on Get Ryhthm sounds like it was recorded last week.

And a massive bonus!!! A RARE Original SUN Company Sleeve, the natural ageing including the discolouration on the edges do make it obvious that it's a genuine sleeve and NOT a reproduction.

The condition of the vinyl and having a real sleeve really does make this item stand out, if you're a Johnny fan or a SUN Records fan, don't miss out on this for the sake of a bid.

The master mix recorded on April 2nd 1956 and was released on 1st May 1956
