This is an auction for the ultimate classic live country record: JOHNNY CASH AT FOLSOM PRISON. This album is maybe *the* legendary Johnny Cash record. Unfortunately with such a popular record, it's very hard to tell exactly which version this is. I believe it's an early pressing, maybe first, but there's one artifact missing. Apparently there is a faint heart printed on the bottom back cover, but I can't find photographic evidence of what it looks like. There is no number printed on the back cover at bottom right, which is supposed to appear when the heart is missing. Also the end of the matrix is "1A" which may not be the first version, but it's a 1968 pressing regardless. This is original Columbia label pressing, all red and white, not orange.
Condition: Vinyl: EX / Sleeve: GD Some water damage at the bottom, otherwise a solid VG+ / Interior sleeve is a plastic wrap open on one side. (This grade is based on a careful, critical search for flaws.) CHECK OUT THE PHOTOS!
