Description

United Artists  (SP 1095 / 1096) 1959 promotional only 12-inch record release for their JOHN FORD Civil War movie, THE HORSE SOLDIERS.

It features music and excerpts from the movie with the added highlight of ARNOLD MICHAELIS in conversation with the films stars JOHN WAYNE, WILLIAM HOLDEN and CONSTANCE TOWERS, as well as, MAJ. GEN. ULYSSES S. GRANT III.

VG Minus to VG condition with one side a little noisier than the other.  Both have clean labels but sleeve haze and impression marks with a few scratches.  Both sides play through with no loud tics or skips.  The sound files are taken to give a representation of the release and are taken unaltered from the albums cleaner side tracked at two grams.  No jacket - ships in a die-cut replacement sleeve.
