This is a 1965 LP with a collage of photographs on back cover by Andy Warhol... Warhol is credited for the photographs on the front cover at bottom...

John Wallowitch was the brother of Edward Wallowitch (one of Andy Warhol's friends) and Anna Mae Wallowitch (Andy Warhol model and Warhol's one-time agent)...

This is reported to be Warhol's first album cover design to feature photography as the medium - in this case a collage of cropped photo-booth portraits...

Cover is in VG++ condition with light wear...  The LP is on a blue label with silver print and it's in VG++ condition...
