Welcome to 'Its the vinyl countdown' music auctions. Here you will find some of the most incredible rare records and music memorabilia for your collection. We pride ourselves on auctioning only the highest grade records and items, you will not see anything listed here below EX+ condition, unles the item is extremely rare. You will not see worn covers, warped records or scratched records. We simply do not bother with them.

THE VINYL   MINT-   INCREDIBLE  CONDITION

A superb first pressing vinyl which has been archived away since 1976, the vinyl remains in stunning condition, and sounds amazing.

FEATURESTHE RARE -1-1 MATRIX AND 'BLOW ME AWAY' ETCHING

This first pressing is a superb vinyl which has retained its amazing glossy sheen and finish. There is no dulling anywhere and overall it is in incredible condition for an LP of this age.

Barely a hint of any spider lines around the centre hole, AND STILL SOME SURPLUS WAX AROUND THE HOLE!

The vinyl has been played a couple of very careful times, and there are no signs of wear or marks anywhere on the vinyl- it is quite astonishing.

The sonic sound of it really is incredible. We heard the lightests of lead in static to 'MUSIC' only, the tiniest of static in a couple of places along the way, yes.. It sounds superb. NO SKIPS OR JUMPS.

OVERALL THIS IS SIMPLY A MUST FOR ANY FINAL UPGRADE COLLECTION. YOU WILL NOT SEE BETTER.

A COLLOSAL LP , AND ONE OF THE FINEST OF ITS GENRE EVER.

RARE FIRST FLAT MATT 'STICKERED' SLEEVE WHICH ONLY APPEARED ON THE FIRST RUN..THIS ALSO HAS THE RARE 'MINT' POSTER INSIDE

THIS IS A STUNNING EXAMPLE, ARCHIVED FROM NEW- It is only marked down as the owner wrote their name very very neatly in dark area on the top back seam..it is hardly visible, and at first we did not even see it, so please do not be put off. This person clearly stored their LPs in immaculate condition.

The edges are all super clean with just the tiniest traces of rub in a couple of spots only , at all , and all colours and inks remain in outstanding condition

No powdery white ringwear or even ring press of any note, and all edges are super crisp.

The Matt finish normally a terror for bad grubby marks and scuffing , in this instance the sleeve remains pristine with no grubby marks or wear at all.

The open edge remains in immaculate sharp condition with no feathering of any note. The spine edge is totally unmarked with no squash or wear! This type of square spine is typical of these first edition sleeves, and all legends are perfectly readable, no rub or spider lines at all. the tiniest of tip rub.

This is the original first edition decca POLY INNER, AGAIN THE NAME IS WRITTEN ON THE TOP EDGE.
