JOHN MAYALL
"RETURN OF THE BLUESBREAKERS Featuring MICK TAYLOR
MINT/MINT
Released 1985 on AIM Records (Australian). The fully laminated sleeve is in MINT condition,
with a small import license sticker on the reverse.The vinyl looks unplayed and is in lovely MINT condition.
Side One was recorded in 1981 at Daily Planet Studios in Memphis , produced by Don Nix.The band is the Nix " House Band"
including; Bobby Manuel ( legendary Stax/Volt session guitarist ) and Jeff Davies ( bassist from Amazing Rhythm Aces).
Side Two contains the highlights from a 1982 gig at The Wax Museum, Washington DC, using The Record Plant Mobile Unit.
The personnel that night; Mick Taylor ( lead and slide guitar ) Kevin McCormick ( bass ), Colin Allen ( drums ) and JM himself.
Also produced by Don Nix.
