The third and last of John Lennon and Yoko Ono's experimental albums to be released within a one-year period, Wedding Album, like Unfinished Music, No. 1: Two Virgins, was in some ways more notable for its packaging than for its content. It came in a box containing a facsimile of the Lennons' wedding certificate and a photograph of a piece of wedding cake. The record itself contained two selections, one of which consisted of nearly 25 minutes of Yoko Ono's wailing, while the other, "John and Yoko," featured the two, one in each stereo speaker, calling out the other's name for more than 22 minutes. Employing such limited lyrics, Lennon is the more expressive, Ono the more penetrating

(a)          WE GRADE THE VINYL AS NEAR MINT. The original luster is very much intact, and the vinyl shines and sparkles almost like new.

(b)          The album comes with the ALL 8 (EIGHT) original Japanese-inserts (postcard, booklets, posters, inserts, photo strips, etc; please see above for the exact list of inserts)

(c)           The record comes in a hi-grade MFSL PVC inner sleeve, which has - apparently with success - shielded the record from the harmful impact of elements over many years!

(d)          The record is pressed on a beautiful, high-quality, virgin-grade vinyl, which is usually used for audiophile, extended-dynamic-range, half-speed mastered and connoisseur pressings.

(f)            The box set comes with the original Japanese OBI sash/belt wrapped around the box.

(g)          Of course, this is a full-bodied ANALOG recording, and not an inferior, digital recording!!!

THE BOX IS THE COVER IS NICE --- ABOUT EXCELLENT OR VERY GOOD++ (VG++).

The following flaws or imperfections are noted on the cover:

-        The box has one corner dented and split (only on the lid/top part of the box); This split corner was delicately taped by the previous owner with a piece of transparent scotch tape ; another corner (only on the tray, but not on the lid) also dented and split

-        The box has JUST A HINT of ring wear (nothing significant); On the scale from 1 to 10 (1 being the least, and  10 being the most severe), we assess the severity of ring wear as 2  (front side) and 1 (back side).

-        Cover shows JUST A HINT of yellowing on both sides, apparently from aging.
