I HAVE JUST BOUGHT A NICE COLLECTION OF UNIQUE PROMOS / TEST PRESSING AND ACETATE. THIS COLLECTION CAME FROM A PERSON WHO USED TO WORK IN A MAJOR RADIO STATION FROM THE LATE 1960'S TO THE EARLY 1990'S. THERE ARE UNIQUE TEST PRESSING ACETATE ETC.. OF ROCK / PUNK / SOUL / PROG ETC... SO PLEASE KEEP WATCHING MY AUCTIONS OVER THE NEXT FEW MONTHS FOR THIS ONCE IN A LIFETIME CHANCE TO GET THESE UNIQUE TEST PRESSINGS AND ACETATES.
This is a UNIQUE CHANCE to get a piece of JOHN LENNON / BREATLES history !!!
This is a UNIQUE, ONE OFF ORIGINAL ARTWORK by the famous photographer BOB GRUEN who did amongst others the photos for the JOHN LENNON 1974 album "WALLS AND BRIDGES".
This was bought directly from Bob Gruen in New York in 1990 and was made by him in 1990, it also comes with a letter of authenticity from Bob Gruen telling the story of the "Walls And Bridges" session and about this artwork.
The artwork consist of a page with 4 black and red images of John Lennon with some hand written notes, overlaid with an artist tracing paper with somemore hand written notes regarding the artwork (please see large photos).
This also comes with a letter from Bob Gruen on his own letter headed paper confirming the authenticity of this artwork and explaining the story behind it.
The artwork is in VG+++ condition (with slight yellowing from age and a minor tear to the tracing paper at the lower end right corner.
The Bob Gruen Letter of authenticity is in VG++++ / EX condition !!!
THERE IS A LOW RESERVE CONCIDERING THE RARITY OF THIS ITEM !!!
