Two 33 RPM 12-inch LPs - Apple SVBB 3392 - Stereo
Original 1972 USA Pressing with the Bell Sound Stamp in the Runoff/Dead wax.
Also includes Petition Sheet / Mailer for the "Justice For John & Yoko Committee"Also included with this LP is a Press/Publicity Photo for DAVID PEEL AND THE LOWER EAST SIDE WITH JOHN & YOKO
The photo is hand-signed by David Peel ! ! !
David Peel and The Lower East Side performed with John & Yoko on numerous occasions for this album and is actually mentioned in the lyrics of the song "New York City".
Peel and his band were also contracted to Elektra Records as well as releasing several albums and one titled 'The Pope Smokes Dope' with Apple Records resulting in some level of controversy.
Grading:
Gatefold Album Cover is clean and shows some light shelf wear and tanning.
There are 2 top seam splits that measure about an inch or so from top opening side/slot.
There are 2 corresponding bottom seam splits that measure about a half inch from opening side/slot.
Both vinyls are visually VG+ and play grade at a solid VG+ with only very occasional 'tics'.There are light scuffs and surface marks which do not interfere with the great sound of both LPs.
Labels are all in excellent condition.

Record Grading
Mint (M): New condition.
Near Mint (NM): Nearly perfect, a record with no obvious signs of wear, a perfect sleeve with no more than the most minor defects and signs of slight handling.
Very Good Plus (VG+): A very good plus record will show signs that it was played, but was taken good care of by the previous owner. Record surface may show slight signs of wear or minor scuffs that do not affect play. Picture sleeves may have slight wear, lightly turned up corners.
Very Good (VG): A very good record will show groove wear and may have a few vinyl imperfections which will affect the sound. Picture sleeves will show slightly more wear with perhaps a frayed top edge, ring wear or seam breakdown.
Good (G) / Good Plus (G+): A good record will show significant wear and /or scratches, but will play through without skipping. It will have considerable surface noise. Picture sleeves may have seam splits @ bottom & spines, tape, writing, ring wear, stickers and other defects that will start to overwhelm the item. A good or good plus item is usually acquired to fill a hole in a collection until a better copy comes along.
