Description

This is an original 1st pressing of the John Lee Hooker "The Country Blues of John Lee Hooker" LP (Riverside #RLP 12-838) 1959.  Vinyl is in beautiful NEAR MINT condition (a couple of small, very light, virtually inaudible scuffs...otherwise, virtually flawless).  9.5 on a scale of 1-10.  Still retains all of its shiny, glossy lustre.  Deep groove labels are in perfect condition.  Album jacket is in EXCELLENT condition (some cracking on spine...3.5" split in middle spine...2" split on bottom of spine...1" split on top of spine. All of spine print is intact, and could be easily repaired with invisible tape, if desired).  Top edge is virtually perfect...bottom edge has 2.5" split in middle.
