Recorded in 1966 and like many releases the Cadet Concept record label from this period of time, Blowin’ Gold crosses a number of styles encompassing a couple of latest rock tunes. Klemmer blows over a couple of well-known covers ( The Beatles “Hey Jude” and Hendrix’s “Third Stone From The Sun”) - more inspired by Roland Kirk and Eddie Harris, especially with the electric effects on his horn.

It’s a USA issue. The record is near mint – unmarked and no sign of play. You won’t be disappointed. The unlaminated sleeve is excellent with the feintest of wear.
