JOHN FAHEY: Blind Joe Death LP Takoma C 1002 text cover



Comments: Original pressing on Takoma (1968). Odd situation with this one. 1965 style text cover with the 1967 eleven track mono LP. Interesting label variation I'd never seen where "In Christ There Is No East Or West" is left off the label but is present on the LP itself (see scans below). Seems like this was probably packaged on the cusp of the two versions & is just one of those bewildering Takoma anomalies. Disc has scuffs/light scratches, nothing too serious. Sleeve has abrasions along three quarters of the spine (looks like a mouse got to it) & a small piece of clear tape on the top seam at pocket.
