Description

This is a rare early repress of the excellent JOHN COLTRANE PLAYS FOR LOVERS LP by JOHN COLTRANE on Prestige Records (7426, "remastered for stereo"), originally released in 1966.  A fantastic jazz record from this legendary artist.  The vinyl is in VG- condition with lots of light marks and wear and some audible surface noise (light crackle); not for the most demanding audiophiles, but a perfectly enjoyable copy without skips or other anomalies.  The cover is in NM- condition; opened, but still in original shrink wrap with a small swatch of shrink wrap torn away from one corner, exposing a previous owner's address label on the back side, as pictured. Don't pass up a rare gem like this!
