JOHN COLTRANE - GIANT STEPS
VINTAGE 12" LP STEREO RECORD.
ATLANTIC RECORDING # 1311.
RARE ORIGINAL BLACK AND SILVER LABEL IN VG+ CONDITION. "LONG PLAYING AND UNBREAKABLE" ONE MINOR SCRATCH ON ONE SIDE.
VINYL IS IN VG+ CONDITION ALSO. SOME VERY MINOR SCUFFS AND A VERY LIGHT SCRATCH.
THE COVER HAS SOME VERY WEAR ON THE FRONT AND SOME MORE CONSIDERABLE DAMAGE ON THE BACK BOTTOM. ALSO IN VG CONDITION. THE FRONT IS REALLY NICE AND CLEAN DESPITE SOME STORAGE DUST SMUDGES.
RECORD GRADING:
Near Mint (NM or M-) a nearly perfect record. record shows no obvious signs of wear.
Very Good Plus (VG+)
record will show some signs that it was played and otherwise handled by a previous owner who took good care of it.
record surfaces may show some signs of wear and may have slight scuffs or very light scratches.
the label may have some ring wear or discoloration, but it should be barely noticeable.
Very Good (VG) surface noise will be evident. groove wear will be noticeable, light scratches that will affect the sound.
labels may be marred by writing, or have tape or stickers (or their residue) attached.
Good (G), Good Plus (G+) record in good or good plus condition can be put onto a turntable and will play through without skipping. record will have significant surface noise and scratches and visible groove wear. labels are often in worn condition also.
