Record Condition: NM / VG+ / VG / GOOD

Side 1: Strong VG: Vinyl is slightly warped, it seems like fixed, but that do not affect sound, some faint superficial scuffs,
a few very small feelable scratches, some soft surface noise or crackle in part, still nice sound.
Side 2: Weak VG: Many faint superficial scuffs, numerous feelable scratches, no skips,
plays thru with some light surface noise or occasional light click, still barely enjoyable. 
Label: Blue/White "BLUE NOTE RECORDS • 47 WEST 63rd ? NYC"
Deep Groove on both sides. No ® under E in NOTE. 
Dead Wax: "RVG" machine stamp and "ear" mark on both sides.
Format: "33 ? microgroove LONG PLAYING" MONO

Cover Condition: NM / VG+ / VG / GOOD

Front/Back: Laminated cover, top seam split, 3" middle spine split, corner rubs,
light edge wear, light scuffs and scratches on front cover, light stain on back cover.
