This record is out of print and very rare.
JOHN COLTRANE BLUE TRAIN ACOUSTECH 180 GRAM LP 45RPM Blue Note STEREO 81577 NM- Out of Print! 
This is an Analogue Productions / Acoustic Sounds / Acoustech / Kevin Grey / Steve Hoffman re-issue of the classic John Coltrane Album Blue Train.
Condition is "Used". Shipped with USPS Media Mail.

LP was played a few times.  Some very light scuffs on the LP; does not affect play.  Sounds great.  
The jacket has come unglued (see photo #3), otherwise the jacket is in excellent condition.  This is how the LP was when I purchased it from Acoustic Sounds.  It would be very easy to use some glue to put it back together.  Comes in original poly bag.    
I am going through my records and selling off extras.
