VG++ A hair under near mint may have 1 or 2 very insignificant hair width marks that should not affect sound.
VG+ A very well cared for record. Should have no more then the very slightest if any audible imperfections.
VG… Still quite enjoyable but there will be visual imperfections and some audible ones. Lps pre 1960 will often have the sound of being played next to a dieing fire (light pops & crackling). In this condition cover flaws will be noted or pictured.
