THE VINYL IS AS HIGH AS YOU CAN GET UP TO THE NEAR MINT LINE DUE TO SOME VERY LIGHT HARMLESS HAZE STREAKS. I'LL GIVE IT A VG+++ VISUALLY BUT IN REALITY IT WILL WORK AS GOOD AS A NEW SEALED MINT ONE. THE COVER IS NEAR MINT IN PARTIAL TORN SHRINK WRAP. I DONT SEE MASTERED BY CAPITOL IN THE WAX.
