Joey Irving : very hard to find in this or any condition !!
The sleeve is VG++ it would be EX if not there were some light wrinkles, which for sure could be ironed out. The record has some hairlines from taken it out and putting it back into the sleeve. I bought it in new condition and it has been played 3 times , once when i bought it , once to make someone extremely jealous and now for recording. Record graded as excellent to stay on the safe side.
Please judge by yourself and listen to the complete song , what you hear is what you get. I have played it on my Thorens TD 124 with Ortofon element , amplified by a Technics SU-V550 clas AA and recorded on my Ipad with use of a Behringer U-Phono UFO202. The files uploaded to YT are the ones from the actual records for sale.

Record Grading System:
M: (Mint=as new, unplayed). EX: (Excellent=near a perfect copy, played only a few times). VG: (Very Good=The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratches, nothing really serious). G: (Good=played a lot, surface noises in the quieter moments, no jumps, skips, hisses, etc (+ or - signs can be added in order to be more accurate)
Picture Sleeve Grading System:
mint : as New EX: (Excellent=has no creases, folds, seam splits or any other noticeable similar defect). VG (Very good=will have some slight wear, lightly turn-up corners, decent writing on or a slight seam-split). G: (Good=may have heavy writing on, seam splits, tape, ring wear or other defects will start to overwhelm the object). F: (Fair=the cover barely keeps the record inside it).
(+ or - signs can be added in order to be more accurate)
