Odd jazz dance instruction record with wide crossover appeal, this LP seems way harder to find than the other Hoctor releases. Musically for me this is also really strong, a solid mixture of disco, funk, jazz & plenty of tough open drumbreaks. Listen to "Theme from Black Belt Jones", "Hot trip" & "Contractions & stretching" to get an idea how this record sounds but there are more great tracks on it. Clean copy that almost looks unplayed. Cover is clean except for a 2 cm tear at top seam. On August 26th I will be adding hundreds of rare titles across all genres to my Ebay store.
