THESE RARE VINTAGE LP'S ARE FROM AN AMAZING COLLECTION OF R&B - BLUES - JAZZ & ROCK AND ROLL THAT ARE NO DOUBT IN THE BEST OF CONDITION FOR THEIR AGE THAT I HAVE SEEN IN MANY YEARS OF BUYING AND COLLECTING. THESE RARE LP'S ARE MOSTLY IN VG+ TO MINT- IN CONDITION AND THEY WON'T LAST LONG AS THEY ARE SELDOM SEEN AND ESPECIALLY IN THIS CONDITION. A SELDOM SEEN COLLECTIBLE LP BY JOE HOUSTON on the U.S. MODERN RECORDS LABEL LMP 1206 with 12 GREAT SONGS ON IT FROM 1956. THIS COVER SHOWS SOME WEAR WITH SOME CLEAR TAPE ON THE BOTTOM AND A SMALL PIECE ON THE TOP RIGHT CORNER AND ON THE BACK SIDE. THER IS NO WRITING OR STAINS. THIS ONE GRADES AS A VG+. THE VINYL SHOWS IT'S GLOSS AND SHINE WITH A COUPLE OF LITE SURFACE MARKS BUT STILL PLAYS GREAT AND GRADES AS A VG+ OR BETTER. These collectable LP's are getting hard to find and especially the ones in great condition. This LP is from a large collection of Rock & Roll - Country - Jazz and R&B albums that I have in my personal collection, and it would pay to mark this site as one of your favorites as there will be plenty more to come.
