From my personal collection, here is a scarce vintage jazz LP featuring JOE HENDERSON on the BLUE NOTE label, from 1963.  Title is “PAGE ONE.”  Catalog number is BLP 4140.  Monaural pressing.    

Vinyl is medium thick, does not have deep groove.  Matrix number is hand-etched, “VAN GELDER” is machine stamped in trailoff, with "ear" symbol on both sides. 

Label address is “BLUE NOTE RECORDS INC * NEW YORK USA” on both sides.

Jacket has "For Complete Catalog Write to BLUE NOTE RECORDS INC., 43 West 61st St., New York 23” on reverse at bottom. 

Personnel consist of the following:   KENNY DORHAM – trumpet; JOE HENDERSON – tenor sax; McCOY TYNER – piano; BUTCH WARREN – bass; PETE LA ROCA – drums.

Jacket:   Jacket is nice EX, the only noteworthy flaw is a few minor traces of ring wear are just beginning to appear on the reverse.  Front art work is clean and bright, with flawless spine, seams, and corners.   No writing, stickers, or other problems.  Overall a beautiful jacket.    

Vinyl:  Condition is gorgeous NEAR MINT.  Has full brilliant original gloss.  Fidelity is awesome.  Labels are flawless and pristine.  Appears to have been played not more than one or two times and handled with care.  I am confident the winning bidder will be extremely pleased. 

Also included is the original printed Blue Note Records inner sleeve, also in excellent and unsplit condition.
