Johnson ' Looking back ' PRESTIGE PRLP 7253 (USA) mono yellow label - rec. on May 1949 and December 1954 - originally issued only as 10" (cm. 25) as Prestige PRLP 109 and PRLP 195 - this is the 1963 first issue on Long Playing - on trail-off (dead wax) has the 'RVG' for Rudy Van Gelder J.J. Johnson : trombone with Sonny Rollins : tenor sax - Kenny Dorham : trumpet - Kai Winding : trombone - John Lewis or Dick Katz : piano - Leonard Gaskin or Peck Morrison : bass - Max Roach or Al Harewood : drums Side 1 : Riviera - Dinner for one - Hip bones - Wing bag - We'll be together again - Bag's groove Side 2 : Elysses - Hilo - Fox hunt - Opus V - How long has this been going on - Don't argueVisual grading : record is EX full lustre has very light wear and has light unfeelable surface marks barely visible. Clean labels with minimal spindle wear. Playing grading : record is EX- plays well with loud and clear sound. Has very light occasional ticks and minimal occasional background noise Cover grading : cover is Good + to VG- has wear to corners, edges and to spine which has titles still readable. Has traces left by tape's removal all around the edges on front and on back. On bottom of back cover has a shop's sticker
