OK - BACK TO LPs OF VARIOUS STYLES - This is a reasonably priced 1958 VANGUARD JAZZ SHOWCASE RECORDS U.S. MONO DEEP GROOVE LP titled 'If This Ain't The Blues' from veteran blues singer Jimmy Rushing with a stellar jazz combo. It is Vanguard Jazz Showcase Records U.S. catalog number VRS-8513, maroon labels with silver print, thick rigid vinyl deep groove early pressing, thick cardboard cover.

Condition of record is a SOLID NM with no visible surface marks, I do not believe this record was ever removed from its original glassine inner sleeve before I removed it to grade it. Record comes packaged with its original glassine inner sleeve which is in nice condition with some wrinkles and creases from original packaging and a couple of very tiny tears, no splits or other tears. I have placed the record into a second poly-lined inner sleeve to prevent damage to the original glassine inner sleeve. Condition of cover is VG+ with some contact and ring wear and a little wear along the edges and on the corners. Cover has no water damage, splits, tears, writing, or stickers. This original 1958 press LP would be a choice addition to any blues vocal or jazz record collection!
