Side 1 vinyl looks VG++ overall
but with faint, tiny, finger-felt mark across
some of the first half of track 3: "It Ain't Necessarily So" Side 2 looks VG (Similar quality as the a-side, but with one small vinyl "pimple"/short, trackable bump
at the end of the first track ("Love Is The Thing")
and another one right at the beginning of track 2: "Summertime" original Mono (Monaural) pressing Clean labels WITH  deep groove; 
SIGNATURE records SM 1032 vg+ condition jacket  semi-glossy lamination on the front and back  front has shelf-wear, see photos;
back side has light wear as well, and tape residue staining,  and a water stain in the lower-right corner   with light yellowing and minor wear; top edge is half-split; bottom is intact; spine is intact with light wear;
