This is Jimmy Buffett’s breakthrough 1977 album, which remains the best-selling studio album of Buffett's career, and contains his biggest single, "Margaritaville". It was initially released in January 1977 as ABC AB-990.

Changes was very popular and critically well received and was a transitional album on several levels for Buffett. In a commercial sense, it ushered in Buffett's greatest period of chart and airplay popularity - changing him from an FM cult favorite and minor hit-maker to a top-draw touring artist whose albums sold in the millions.

THIS IS THE NUMBER ONE ALBUM that is a MUST HAVE: As it was the release of his most iconic song, Margaritaville as well as others that became a staple at his concerts,

This album is hand signed by Jimmy Buffett in vibrant blue sharpie and placed perfectly.

You won’t find a cover better than this one as it has no ring wear, scuffs or markings.  It has a record distributor button lower right corner, otherwise, would frame or display beautifully. (See picture please.)

Additionally, the record in my amateur opinion is very good to excellent.  I played it through on a mid level professional turntable and it played fantastic, with no skips, pops or fuzziness of any type.  A Very clean and sharp recording.

The record jacket is the original jacket and is one of the coolest as it contains a mock up of the songs as if hand written. Two sided and in good condition.

The inside gatefold is in excellent condition and filled with early pictures of Buffett and the Coral Reefers.

I am a long time fan of Jimmy Buffett. In 1997 I joined the Detroit Parrothead Club which began in 1992, and it is the 5th oldest chapter amongst over 200 clubs across the USAWith my active Parrothead Membership and being a club officer for many years, have had the opportunity to obtain 

“in person” autographs (including meet and greet sessions at Pine Knob / DTE Energy Center, Clarkston, MI) and have collected many obscure pieces of memorabilia. 

I offer NO Certificate of authenticity because frankly, they are worthless pieces of paper.  But I do guarantee that any autographed items I offer for sale will stand up to any and all authentication.
