Absolutely brand new, never opened, factory sealed, perforation in tact!  
Direct metal mastering; Gatefold record jacket; anti-static Japanese rice paper inner sleeve.
This historic LIVE package features the first authorized mixdowns from Oct. 10-12, 1968.  Original multi-track recordings have been carefully transferred to digital 24-track, the digitally mixed.  The result is a sound with clarity rarely found in live recordings from that era.  
Contains 4 tracts never before issued as live versions,  including Killing Floor (Jack Casady of Jefferson Airplane on bass)
