Description Of Item For Sale: This is a stunningly rare LP from Jimi Hendrix.Released in 1968(not 1971 as the Record Collector Guide have wrongly printed).It is difficult to find any details of this record,and without wishing to commit Perjery,the best I could find was in the completed listings on  Popsike.com  .There are only a couple of these records sold on there and a long time ago.One seller suggested that they were made for Mail order to the fan club,but it was discovered very late on,nobody had given permission to sell the records,so Polydor put a stop to it,as a result little or none of these records fell into the hands of the public.

This is a U.K record,produced in 1968 and in Stereo.

I have had this record expertly cleaned at KRT Record Archive(LONDON) with superb results,thanks Keith!!!

Condition: Graded strictly to avoid dissapointment;

Sleeve- Very Good+.The photo shows that it has faded,and has slight creases developing.Still no splits or scribbles,and is sturdy.Made in England,Manufactured by Polydor Records Ltd.

Vinyl- To Listen To; Side 1 plays perfectly,no clicks sticks jumps,pops or hisses,absolutely stunning sound,a real treat.No exaggeration!!.My pictures show lots of dust.That it is not bad like it looks,my camera shows up any little speck and it looks massive in the light.It is probably from when I placed it on the sleev to take a picture,but it has been carefully cleaned,and dust is not a problem.

Side 2 is pretty much the same as side one,but between track 1 and 2,there are some light clicks,and they continue for around 4 or 5 more times.Then towards the end of the record,again there are some very occational light clicks,but nothing too severe.

To Look At; Very Good+.Of course,now this has had a top of the range carefull clean,it is superbly clean and glossy.What a clean can't do is hide the fact that there are quite a lot of light surface marks,maybe paper scuffs from the sleeve,maybe wipe marks.Obviously nothing is too deep or problematic,as the sound is so good.

Labels- Excellent.Nice and clean,only light spindle marks.

Innersleeve-Very Good+.Plain white,no centre hole.Has no writing or printing.Assumed original.

Extra Items,e.g.Poster,Insert-NONE.

All Items are Graded As In The Record Collector 2006 Price Guide,in Brief these grades are as follows:

Mint-Unplayed,sealed or as good as an unplayed undamaged item,.

Excellent-Some signs the record has been played,very little lessening in sound quality.The cover and packaging may have slight wear and/or creasing.

Very Good-Been Played many times,no major deterioration in sound,despite noticeable surface marks,occational light scratch.Normal wear & tear on the cover or extra items,without major defect is acceptable.

Good-Played so much,used so much,sounds bad,many problems such as splits,stains etc.

Fair-Just Playable-not nice.

RARE RECORD INDEED.INSURACE SUGGESTED:

I will send your invoice with the Insurance optional.For the U.K.that will mean special delivery,abroad it means signed for,and for abroad it means it is signed for with compensation upto £500,which adds £5.70 to the cost.

I don't insist that you use insurance,but as I always obtain a proof of postage,if the record gets lost,It is NOT MY FAULT!!! Sorry,but I am not responsible for mistakes made by others.ALSO........I am using sturdy packing,which accounts for the fairly high postage cost,but I promise,I am not using postage to make extra money.I am charging 36p for New packing I am using,and re-using an old but very thich cruciform bow turned inside out.I had to buy that with my purchase with the record I had sent to me,But I won't be passing any of that charge on to you.

POSTAGE & PACKING:

I don't use Postage to make money.I try and weigh the parcels before I list the items and add packing cost to the postage cost.Sometimes I can't weigh 1st(Usually if I have to make a home-made parcel for odd sized items)and if I do that,I will make my best educated guess of the postage cost,but I don't often pack home made parcels before the bidding ends,because many people want to ask questions,so sometimes,I could be a little out.I do pack in secure parcels.

 Ways To Pay:

Cheque,Postal Order,Cash On Collection.Postage cost will not be needed for collection,package will be charged for only if you need it,which you should not need if you collect yourself.Paypal is available as I have to offer it,although I personally would rather avoid it,I have to allow it.I despatch very quickly so don't worry,you'll soon get your goods if you are quick to pay.

PAYPAL.Sorry I am not allowed to offer International Money orders any more,I like them,but Ebay don't.
