Description
JIMI HENDRIX "Gloria" (Reprise - 1979): Mega-rare test pressing for the bonus 7" that came with Jimi Hendrix "Essential V2" LP, has blank Allied Record Co labels and comes in a more recent generic sleeve with the title/info hand written on it. It's not in perfect shape, but plays well - and as far as I can tell this is the first copy that's every surfaced. The matrix info matches the "Los Angeles Pressing" on that site with all the discography info. I found this one in Los Angeles, likely came from a label employee or something and has been local since 1979 - the Allied Pressing Company was also in LA. Killer item for a Hendrix collector! Condition (sleeve/vinyl) = generic/VG. Vinyl has some marks on it, but plays through fine. Visually it's a VG but plays VG+ to my ears. Please see photos, I've tried to show visual condition.

Shipping: records are shipped in real record mailers via Media Mail with vinyl outside of sleeve (for picture sleeves/LPs). I've been buying/selling via mail order for over 40 years so I'll pack it well! Shipping for LPs is $7.50 for first two LPs, $1 each additional. Shipping for LPs is $7.50 for first LP, $1 each additional. Shipping for 45s is $6.50 for first 45, $1 each additional. And for mixed format orders I'm happy to combine shipping when possible.
