This plays EX minus...The sleeve is VG..
The sleeve on this is unsual..Inside the gatefold,the picture of Hendrix is normally on the right..With this copy he is on the left..Obviously,this copy was not glued properly on manufacture..I have'nt seen one like this before and it makes me wonder how many were issued before the mistake was noticed??...
Issued on Track..25th October 1968..613008/9..UK pressing in a fully laminated gatefold sleeve..
The playing order of the discs is A/D/B/C..
The matrix numbers are:61300 8 A 1/61300 8 B 1/613009 A1/B1...These are the matrix numbers of a first pressing...The sleeve is a SECOND press sleeve as the text inside the gatefold is white (first pressings had blue text)...
Play grade..EX minus...This is a clean playing album with no real serious audio defects or damage..There are a few light clicks on the quit passage of "1983)..I have done a soundclip of this so have a listen and see if you can live with it!..Overall,the sound is clean and undistorted..
Visual grade:..This varies from side to side..
Side A:..EX minus..A few faint marks,but no nasty defects..
Side D:..VG minus..This side has a few light scuffs and hairlines,but nothing so serious or deep that would affect play.
Side B:..This has a couple of visible scuffs on "Gipsy Eyes" (non sounding),it also has some light hairlines...
Side C:..VG minus at best..This is the worst looking side as it has more hairlines and scuffs than the others..Again,nothing too deep or serious..
The discs play flat on the turntable with no edgewarps..
The labels..EX ++..Clean with unblemished text and no defects,but there is visible spindle wear....
The sleeve..VG minus..It has laminate creasing,front,back and inside the gatefold..There is dischape both front and back and inside..All the corners are worn (through the colour)..There is some rubbing to the edges..
Having listed the defects,there are no rips, tears,seamsplits,sellotape,tape marks,stains or scribble...The colours are unfaded...
UK buyers are welcome to collect this in person or collect it from The Southend Record Fair (10th November) and then the second Sunday in each month)..Where there are LOADS of great albums and singles offered for sale...

There are delays on post going INTO the USA due to an increased scanning of packages at US Customs (Anti terrorist measures,I believe)..Parcels ARE being delayed and delivery may take a MONTH!!..
The Russian Federation is also having delays on deliveries ..This is due to the sheer volume of parcels going into the Federation..Again,expect delays!.

All items are securely and professionally packed..Records are shipped out of their jackets to prevent seam splits..If there is an inner sleeve or a picture sleeve,then the disc will be packed in a plain white sleeve.. I try and keep shipping costs to an absolute minimum,byut Paypal don't help by taking commission on the postal costs!!
