Description

Vinyl VG+ Has a few ticks and pops. Parts are VG strong and other parts are VG+
I grade my albums main on how well they sound not how they look. I have had may records the looked horrible and sounded Fine or even Great, I also have had records that looked Great but sounded bad.
Goldmine Standard Grading: VG
Summary: Noticeable groove wear and light scratches. Surface noise will not overpower the music
How I grade: Record has been played regularly and would be suitable for anyone's 'listening' collection. Will have visible marks, light scratches and general signs of wear. Record will play with mild to moderate surface noise that can be hear at normal listening volume. Might have some pops and crackles, but definitely no skips.
Sleeve caveat: See grade in 'Item Specifics' for the sleeve, any specific issues will be called out in 'Condition Notes' above.

Electric Ladyland is the third and final studio album by the Jimi Hendrix Experience, released in October 1968. A double album, it was the only record from the Experience with production solely credited to Hendrix.

The band's most commercially successful release and its only number one album, it was released by Reprise Records in the United States on October 16, 1968, and by Track Records in the UK nine days later. By mid-November, it had reached number 1 on the Billboard Top LPs chart, spending two weeks there. In the UK it peaked at number 6, where it spent 12 weeks on the British charts.

Per Wikipedia, Electric Ladyland is the third and final studio album by the Jimi Hendrix Experience, released in October 1968. A double album, it was the only record from the Experience with production solely credited to Hendrix.  It was the band's most commercially successful release and its only number one album.  By mid-November, it had reached # 1 on the Billboard Top 100 chart, spending two weeks there.  Although the album confounded critics upon its release, it has since been viewed as one of Hendrix's best works and one of the greatest albums of all time. Electric Ladyland includes a cover of Bob Dylan's "All Along The Watchtower", which became the Experience's best-selling single.  It consists of 16 tracks and has a run time of 73+ minutes.
The cover is in VG condition.  There is mild wear on the corners and bottom edges, but there are no split seams, tears, or markings on the album.  There is evidence of disk wear on the front and back covers (see photos).  The interior covers of this gatefold album is in VG+ condition with little small defects.
The inner sleeves are in VG condition.
The recordings have been cleaned and tested.  All tracks were played through without any skipping of the tracks.  There is little to no background noise on playback and the sound is crisp and clear.  The record surfaces show only mild signs of wear.  All labels are clean and intact and the disk surfaces retain their gloss.
I always clean, listen and test every record I list on EBAY. I do this in insure that I can give as accurate a description for each album I list. I also try to follow the Goldmine standards on grading records. I do this as a service to the buyer, as well as, to maintain my own reputation.  This album is extremely hard to grade because of the way it was recorded.
