Description

Up for bid is one of if not the RAREST Hendrix LP ever. Most people didn't even know this existed, it's been rumored, but as you can see that it certainly does exist. We all know that back in 1967 when this LP debuted it was pressed exclusively in mono. However in the 70's for whatever reason (possibly when they were pressing up more copies of his masterpieces to cope with the surge in demand after his death), it seems Track decided to press up a MINISCULE amount of stereo copies of this LP for the first time!! There's doubt over whether this was even actually released, maybe even withdrawn!!! Such is the TRUE rarity of this, the vast majority of Hendrix collectors are TOTALLY unaware of it's existence. Well here it is and I have to say that it sounds INCREDIBLE!! A TRUE STEREO MIX!!

The labels are the classic UK 1st Press black ridged Track labels are in EX++ condition with NO writing, NO stickers, and NO tears whatsoever. They just have a tiny amount of ultra light spindle marks which suggest that this LP has barely had any play at all.

The original UK 1st press sleeve is unlaminated  unlike the original mono sleeve that had a laminated front and is in EXCELLENT condition with NO rips, No Writing, NO splits, and NO ringwear.

The ORIGINAL 1st press A1/B1 STEREO vinyl is in EXCELLENT CONDITION and looks as though it was just pressed today. It plays AMAZINGLY with fantastic stereo separation and clarity.

This LP comes with the ORIGINAL polylined inner which is in great condition.
