This is another sale from a my varied collection of records.
JIMI HENDRIX
"ELECTRIC LADYLAND"
1st UK pressing of the group's final album is a 2-LP set from October 1968 release on Track Records: 613008/9. Housed in fully laminated 'Ernest J. Day & Co. Ltd' printed gatefold cover with white text on the inside the gatefold. Complete with both original poly-lined inner-sleeves.
Disc 1 (sides A & D)
Matrix numbers: 613008 (corrected) A//1 & 613008 (corrected) B//1
Disc 2 (sides B & C)
Matrix numbers: 612009 (corrected) A//1 & 613009 (hand-etched) B//1
Grading
Sleeve is in VG condition - no rips or tears but wear to bottom edges (and split on bottom edge of back gatefold). Wear to spine and top has 1 cm scuff. Some wear to edges of the opening.
Visually grade vinyl as follows
Disc 1, side A/D - grade as Very Good (VG), label has spider marks and wear around the spindle hole. Vinyl has hairline scratches and marks. It plays on well , no skips or jumps, some crackle in places.
Disc 2, side B/C - grade as Good Plus (G+), significant number of marks and scratches. The label has spider marks and wear around the spindle hole. It still plays well, no skips or jumps, some crackle in places.
Note that record will be posted in a cardboard record mailer. Sleeve will be in a plastic sleeve, separate from the record and inner sleeve. Record and inner sleeve will be in a card sleeve.
