JIMI HENDRIX EXPERIENCE

ELECTRIC LADYLAND

PART TWO

ORIGINAL 1968 TRACK

1st PRESS A1-B1

(NOTE I AM ALSO LISTING THE PART ONE AS WELL IN THE SAME CONDITION)

   Vinyl:

The Vinyl is in an Excellent condition with only 1 faint scuff line on side1 & 1 faint hairline on side two, these have no effect on the superb audio. It retains that jet black new look. It looks as though it’s hardly ever been played. It plays superbly; there are NO pops, jumps or anything else. Played at a high volume it really knocks out a great sound with a deep bass and clear vocals.

  Inscribed in the dead wax:

Matrix Number

   Side A; STAMPED 613017###8 A//1

   Side B; HANDWRITTEN 613017 B/1 STAMPED 61300#9 A # //1

Mother Stamp

   Side A; 1  2

   Side B; 1  3

As you can see it is a 1st press with very early mother stampers, this is a great example and fit for any collection.

    EXCELLENT+

Labels:

They are the original 1968 sort after Track labels, with only a few spindle traces. They are free from any graffiti or any marks.

The Sleeve:

This iconic sleeve is still vibrant with colour. First issue with the Blue text. It is fully laminated. The spine is unmarked and is still square and the text is 100% readable. The corners are square and sharp without any edge or corner wear. It is very clean without any marks or graffiti. Look at the pictures and you can see that it is still in excellent condition.

    EXCELLENT

Inner Sleeve;

This I believe is the original inner sleeve which again is in great condition, slight corner creases but NO graffiti. It has ‘Plastic Bags Can Be Dangerous’ with the British Patent No 800513 & 973939 with (24) Made In England 0670

    EXCELLENT

Notes;  This is a 1968 Track 1st Press

GRADING

All my records are graded using the

Record Collector Magazine's Grading Guide

MINT:
The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks
or deterioration in sound quality.
The cover and any extra items are in perfect condition.
Records advertised as sealed or un-played should be mint.

EXCELLENT:
The record shows some signs of having been played,
but there is very little lessening in sound quality.
The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing.

VERY GOOD:
The record has obviously been played many times,
but displays no major deterioration in sound quality,
despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch.
Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items,
without any major defects, is acceptable.

GOOD:
The record has been played so much
that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated,
perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches.
The cover and contents suffer from folding,
scuffing of edges, spine splits, discoloration, etc.

FAIR:
The record is still just playable but it has not been cared for properly
and displays considerable surface noise; it may even jump.
The cover and contents will be torn, stained and/or defaced.
