Description

A fabulous original UK copy of Band of Gipsys (states Gypsys on sleeve and Gipsies on labels) by Jimi Hendrix on Track (1970, Track Super 2406 002), featuring the coveted withdrawn puppet sleeve caricaturing Hendrix, Brian Jones, Bob Dylan and DJ John Peel.
A brilliant example of this vulnerable unlaminated sleeve - lovely and strong EX- with no half-moon creases, near perfect pinched end spine with fully complete and unrubbed spinal text, and sharp unfeathered opening edges.
The thick slab of A1/B1 Track vinyl is in great VG+ condition with light superficial surface marks showing when viewed under harsh halogen lighting.
Good luck if you are bidding. I carefully package all rare vinyl with the disc removed from the sleeve to eliminate 'knifing' during transit. Please check out my other high quality original vinyl items.
