Another rare piece of rock history! Original 1970 UK 1st PRESSING, top-opening gatefold "Isle of Wight" cover with early 1st PRESS 1 1 stampers and both labels misspell as 'GIPSIES'! This was soon corrected in the next pressing and also the sleeve changed.

The vinyl is visually graded in very good condition. Please see below a description of grades and note that this vinyl is 46 years old that has been played and will not transform into anything else.

The black track labels with the misspelt GIPSIES are in very good condition.

The top opener gatefold Isle of Wight sleeve is in very gppd towards excellent condition with corner and edge wear. It has a sticker with the year of the record (1970). Some letters have been coloured in the inside cover.

The spine is complete but feathered.

Visually-graded vinyl: A visual grading will identify physical flaws (such as scratches) and can help determine whether a record has been cared-for properly. A visual grading will not identify noise or crackle caused by non-visible sources. Most of the records I sell are between thirty and fifty years old and so it is likely that there may be some background noise even if they look perfect.

Mint                      
Cover - Looks new - no marks, wear or damage
Disc - Looks unplayed - no marks visible
 
Near Mint              
Cover - Looks virtually new with signs of handling- Minor wear creases but no marks or damage. Light sleeves may show slight discoloration due to age.
Disc - May have minor scuffs &/or hairline scratches caused by moving record in & out of paper sleeve
 
Excellent                
Cover - Slight signs of wear on edges/spine, corners or ring wear. No damage caused by sticker removal/residue.
Disc- The record has been played and has superficial marks &/or hairline scratches and paper scuffs.
 
Very good              
Cover - Moderate edge/spine or ring wear. Corners may be a little blunt. Opening edge may show feathering caused by removal of record. Visible creases or laminate lift. Localised sticker removal damage.
Disc - The record has been played frequently and has noticeable surface marks, occasional scratches and paper scuffs.
 
Good                      
Cover - Heavy ring or edge/spine wear. Corners noticeable bashed. Heavy creases. Considerable laminate/surface damage.
Disc - The record looks very well played and the sound quality has probably deteriorated noticeably. A lot of marks/scratches. Usually used as collection filler

If the bidding exceeds £20 in the UK will be sent by courier at a cost of £5.50 and internationally by international tracked postage at a cost of £14.50 for Europe and £17 for the rest of the world. If the bidding exceeds £50 and less than £250 in the UK the item will be ONLY sent insured by special recorded next day guaranteed delivery post (insured up to a value of £250) at a cost of £9 and by insured tracked postage at a cost of £16.50 for Europe and £18.50 for the rest of the worls. There will be no exceptions to these costs.
