Description
Here is one of my spare copies of the legendary Jimi Hendrix album "Are you experienced".This is still my favourite Hendrix album.Every serious Hendrix fan should have a MONO copy of this.The BASS on the MONO version is just so FULL.I played this album last night and loved every minute of it.This record has a lot of paper scuffs and surface marks but it still sounds AWESOME.It is very listenable.There were a few crackles along the way as I listened but in no way did they detract from the listening experience.Remember too that I am being very fussy with this description and my turntable is FANATICALLY set up so I am confident that this record will be well worth the money.It sounds really dynamic and detailed and record surface noise is very low.Our Aussie Mono version of this album gives its UK counterpart a pretty good run for its money and you will have to spend hundreds more to out perform the sound of this record.
I think the cover is in pretty good condition considering how old this release is.There is a name written on the top right hand side of the back cover.The spine is in nice condition.The labels are nice and clear and I can't see any spindle wear of note.These Hendrix MONO pressings are like The Beatles MONO pressings.They can have a lot of surface marks and even scratches and still sound AMAZINGLY GOOD.So, if you want a record with a decent cover but with EXCELLENT SOUND and don't want to spend $500 on a UK MONO this record will do it for you.
