Cover: 1st pressing E.J. DAY laminated gatefold sleeve. Has the Mono/Stereo text in the bottom right hand corner of the inside gatefold. The inside of the gatefold has the trademark 1st pressing E J Day laminated 'flipbacks' on both sides at the top and at the bottom. The inside is in Excellent condition with no names. doodles or stickers - just has some light creasing along the laminated flip-backs. Outside is VG with some edge creases and some edge/corner wear. The spine is worn along about 50% of its length. Rates as VG+ overall. Paper (non-poly lined) patents applied for inner sleeve is VG.
Vinyl: Play graded. Thick first pressing vinyl. Played a lot in the past. Looks Fair to Good with lots of marks and mainly non-feelable scratches. Plays through without skips/jumps but does have a lot of crackle throughout and some clicks/pops. Playback rates as Fair to Good only. Still listenable if you do not mind lots of crackle - hence the low start price for this rarity. Might improve with a professional clean but will never be top audio.
Labels: Excellent. No names/stickers. Has the tell-tale 1st pressing raised rim around the label's circumference. Schroeder Music Publishing Co Ltd at the base of the label.

Gradings.......Mint - The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality.
Excellent - The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality.
Very Good - The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality despite noticeable surface marks and occasional light scratches.
Good - The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and more significant scratches.
Fair - The record is still just playable but has not been cared for properly and displays considerable surface noise, it may even jump.
Poor - The record will not play properly due to scratches, bad surface noise, etc
Bad - The record is unplayable or might even be broken, and is only of use as a collection filler.
