Description
THE JIMI HENDRIX EXPERIENCE - 'ARE YOU EXPERIENCED?.'
UK original 1st pressing on black/silver TRACK labels.
612 001. MONO. (1967). First issue matrix and front laminated sleeve. The sleeve is EX+ and would make a GREAT UPGRADE!
UK front laminated sleeve grades full EXCELLENT PLUS (EX+) condition. It is in gorgeous shape!
Intact, fully legible spine text. Clean and solid condition with only slight signs of age and handling wear. Rear of sleeve is amazingly clean with only light signs of age. No signs of ring wear! My pictures do not do this sleeve justice.
The only slight issue is a 'chattering' to the bottom front opening edge where some extremely small areas of laminate have chipped off (probably from being inserted and removed from a strong PVC protector. Not really a problem to most people. If you have a tatty cover with an EX+ to Near Mint disc, then this sleeve is a great upgrade. This sleeve has no creases or bends. There are no repairs or tipped-in or coloured-in parts to the cover. The opening edge is 100% untrimmed.
The glossy vinyl grades VERY GOOD PLUS (VG+) visibly maybe EX-, with some light surface marks and a couple of heavier marks which do sound. Plays through superbly with some light crackle between tracks. No skips or jumps. Truly awesome sound and MONO mix.
In all a great example of this scarce and all time classic debut rock album. The labels are also in fine condition.
Bidders will remain anonymous to others. Please take a look at some of my other rare LP listings.
Original poly-lined inner sleeve included.
