Original issue of Jimi Hendrix Experience debut album in great condition. The record is in lovely EX+ condition, a true archive copy with first pressing A1 and B1 matrix. The sleeve is the original made by Ernest J Day & Co Ltd, London W.1, Patent Pending. Now very rare in this condition as most copies didn't survive well after being played at sixties parties.

The debut album by The Jimi Hendrix Experience. Released in 1967, it was the first LP on the new Track Records label. The album highlighted Jimi Hendrix's R&B based, psychedelic, feedback-laden electric guitar playing, and launched him as a major new international star.
Condition
I endeavour to describe the condition accurately with any faults noted. The photos give a good indication so please study them- click on "supersized photo".
SLEEVE - EX, very slight age wear to corners and spine small seam split on top edge approx 1.5cm - see photos
VINYL - EX+ more or less looks unplayed with full shine, and no visible marks or scratches and just a few hairlines from being taken from the inner sleeve. The mono mix sounds great with clear full sound, and only a few light pops on run-in and between some tracks. A collectors copy.
LABELS - NM, and look great.
GRADINGS
NM = NEAR MINT, - Near mint condition, with no surface marks and plays almost as new. Sleeve in near new condition with no defects.
EX = EXCELLENT, - The record shows some signs of being played, and may have a few very lights marks but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The sleeve may have slight wear and creasing.
VG = VERY GOOD - The record has obviously been played many times and has noticeable surface marks and light scratches but has no major deterioration in sound quality, just surface crackle in places. The will have normal wear and tear but no major defects.
A + or - after a grade indicates the item is between grades.
