JIMI HENDRIX Electric Ladyland
Reprise 6307 White label Promo
Cover: VG+, ringwear, edgewear
Record surfaces:
Side A: VG, a fair number of light marks,
hairline marks, and scuffs;
no deep finger-felt marks, and "Sharon"
is written in ball-point ink on the label.
There's moderately loud surface crackle
at the beginning of "And The Gods Made Love"
and a few brief pops. "Crosstown Traffic" is
loud enough a song that not much surface noise
can be heard. "Voodoo Chile" is noisy at times
due to random surface crackle in some portions.
Side B: strong VG+, label has "Norm"
crossed out and "Sharon" written.
Light unobtrusive surface crackle is audible
on the intros, outros, and during "quiet" sections.
Side C: strong VG, small number of
light surface marks, one long mark
that can BARELY be felt runs from
the middle of the side to almost the end.
NO writing on this label. This side has
slightly more surface crackle, and it's
audible during most of the long psychedelic
tracks, after "Rainy Day..."
Side D: VG, several marks, one moderately
deep finger felt scratch from the last half of
"Still Raining, Still Dreaming" through to
the first half of "House Burning Down".
The sound is noisier in this section, with a
loud click at the beginning of "House..." and
a bit more random noise than other tracks.
The "All Along The Watchtower" and the final
track play VG+ with only a bit of crackle at the
very beginning and end of each.
"NORM" is written in red ball-point on the label.
