Description
This is an absolutely pristine set containing reissues of all the classic albums plus some rarities and a booklet. I have owned it since new and it has barely been played. The Albums are shown below. The box and the LPs are all in excellent condition VG+/VG+ with barely a mark on the main box, but a little sunlight discolouration. Each LP has gold embossed label on the back saying "Limited Edition Box Set" - see example picture. However each LP also has a small sticker attached to the cover (showing a catalogue number) and a small red round sticker on each label - the errors of a youthful collector (me). See examples pictures. These stickers can be removed with care but I'm not going to risk it.
My version comes with an additional set of 6 reissued singles - on 7" in vinyl. See pictures. This box was only available together with the LP box and has matching artwork as can be seen form the photos. The singles play at 45 RPM except the last one (Voodoo Chile / Gloria) which plays at 33. This singles set was a free add on promotional item but it makes this version of the LP box set a bit special. The singles are unplayed. The singles box is not as robust as the LP box - thin card - but it is good condition.
I'm reluctant to part with this collectable item but recent retirement (!!) has forced a rethink.
Postage: PLEASE NOTE : This is a heavy item (13 LPs, a box and set of singles) so I'm uncertain of the postage / courier cost but it has to be in excess of £10 for UK postage. If you buy this item I will get a proper estimate for postage and agree this with the buyer first. Collection would be preferable and I can deliver in Essex or Central London.
