SINGING DOWN THE LANE LPM-1256
WAX CONDITION: EXCELLENT+ This one's a real beauty! You'll be hard pressed to find marks on either side of this deep grooved RCA LP!! But, if you look real hard, you might find two
or three on side:2 and one or two on side:1! Surface marks only, nothing that affects play quality! Deep shine and gloss remain. A GREAT collectible, don't let it pass you by.
JACKET CONDITION: EXCELLENT- The front cover is as near perfect as you can get! Beautiful color retention and NO RING WEAR to speak of! Rated less than mint due to a couple of minor issues: The back cover has one song circled in red and a stain at the top left where perhaps, a sticker once was. Some light edge staining but virtually no ring wear! There is a 1 and 1/2 inch split on the bottom, from opening right. There is also a small split on the book end near his name. Both are pictured for the super critics out there!!

I am listing this LP (along with others to follow) from my personal collection. These records I never intended to sell, at least for a very long time. Current times have changed
my plans and are forcing me to move many records against my better judgment.
These records are in EXCELLENT to MINT condition!!
