Original 1977 custom pressing on Fleetwood Recordings of Revere MA.
COVER IS IN VG++ CONDITION WITH LIGHT RINGWEAR AND A DENT AND A BEND OR TWO. VINYL IS IN EXCELLENT CONDITION WITH LITTLE SIGN OF USE.
COVER IS AUTOGRAPHED: "JEAN, THIS ALBUM IS A GIFT FOR YOUR 22nd BIRTHDAY.MAY IT ALWAYS BRING FOND MEMORIES OF YOUR MANY FRIENDS OF REGIS. ALL OUR LOVE, JILL."
A previous seller described the album this way:
"Jill Cislaghi wrote and recorded her only album in her senior year in 1977 at Regis College, in Massachusetts near where she grew up. This is a rural Massachusetts record, with a naturally reserved / hushed vibe that is very much in touch with the land, without any hippie posturing. A steady, grounded spirituality shines through these songs, revealing a genuine spirit, neither too earthy nor too flightly. Cislaghi's voice so clearly has the weight of an old soul that anyone should be able to recognize the special brilliance of this record within the first 20 seconds. This LP has been compared favorably to Ted Lucas, and Happy Sad era Tim Buckley is another point of reference. But Cislaghi is very young here, and hasn't been around long enough to be completely heartbroken, and this is ultimately a very beautiful and inspiring record, no downer moments, even though a romantic world-weariness hangs over the whole thing.
Jill Cislaghi accompanies herself on acoustic guitar, and several songs feature electric bass (uncredited) and a little electric guitar (also uncredited.) There is a brief, very tasty psychedelic electric guitar solo which is very heavily phased and sounds just otherworldly.
Cislaghi pressed 500 copies on Massachusetts' own vanity custom-pressing plant Fleetwood Recording Co. She made this record for her friends and wound up selling nearly every copy at her college, so this LP is incredibly hard to come by now."

RECORD GRADING POLICY
MINT = like new or near new with only one or two small insignificant defects, a 9 or better on a 1-10 scale
EXCELLENT = Would be Near Mint, except for a couple of light hairlines or scuffs, which do not affect play
VG++ = still a very nice record with all or nearly all of its original gloss but may have a few more light, surface marks, hairlines, needle tracks or the like which should not materially affect play
VG+ = a nice, but used record that may have a series of light scuffs or scratches. It probably plays with a few pops, but has no serious problems.
VG = a well-used record that still should sound OK when played, but may have moderate surface noise, pops, etc.
VG- = a very well-worn record that plays through without skipping, but will do until a better copy comes along.
Good = not actually good at all but probably will play through but with much in the way of surface noise, pops, crackles, etc. Still, will have no cracks, chips or the like
Fair = you are getting this record just to own but not to play
Poor = the sky's the limit, generally I will discard a record this bad (and sell the cover, jacket or sleeve alone) unless the label holds some particular interest

PLEASE NOTE: We have set our shipping prices to cover costs on an average basis. You may be charged slightly more - or less - than the actual cost of postage; Priority postage varies according to destination, records and jackets vary in weight, all of which makes it impossible to set an exact "correct" price for all customers, especially internationally. We ship all LP's in new (unused) custom LP mailers. We pack records with filler pads, placing the disc in an inner sleeve outside the cover to prevent seam splitting in transit. Part of our postage fee covers the cost of the mailer and pads (which currently costs us up to a dollar per).
