JETHRO TULL Thick As A Brick (MFSL 1-187) RARE Audiophile Pressing Japan MINT!
RARE original Japanese first pressing of the Jethro Tull classic "Thick As A Brick" on Chrysalis Records/MFSL (March 1972). 
First issued in 1972, this specific audiophile pressing by Mobile Fidelity Sound Lab (MFSL) was released in 1985. With a limited-edition pressing run of 5000 copies, this is copy number 1037. As close as it gets to perfection apart from a sealed record, this specific copy of "Thick As A Brick" has been played once. 
"Ian Anderson is the type of guy who'll tell you on one album that a whole side is one theme and then tell you on the next that the whole album is one song. GRADING:

- Pristine, lightly laminated sleeve with full original shine and lustre.
- Minor crease to the back cover spine (near bottom).
- Comes with original MFSL cardboard slide and rice paper inner sleeve: Both in perfect MINT(-) condition.

- Perfect vinyl on both sides, with impeccable audio reproduction throughout.
- The record was originally bought as an investment. It has been played exactly once. 
- No hairlines, scuffs or any other signs of any previous play whatsoever.
- Original white MFSL Records labels with no spindle wear at all.
- The matrix stamps in the run-off grooves read "MFSL-1187 A  H 1 1 1" and "MFSL-1187 B  H 1 1 1".
- This record is hereby fully certified to be the original Japanese first pressing of "Thick As A Brick" on MFSL (1985).
