This Was ~ Jethro Tull`s debut album, has been in my possession since new and has very rarely been played. It`s apparently fairly rare in mono as it wasn`t available for very long in this mode, it also allegedly has a superior sound to the more common stereo version.
The Vinyl
Pressed on thicker vinyl this 1st press record is in outstanding condition, still with most of it`s original shine and with no visible marks of any kind. Both sides play superbly and it`s difficult to hear any faults at all. It can only be described as near mint.
The Labels
Pink original with orange and black eyeball logo. Completely clean and unmarked with not even a single spindle trace visible anywhere. Perfect.
The Sleeve
Laminated front and back the flip top gatefold sleeve is in excellent condition with just some minor UV fading to the spine and a slight raising inside on the side that houses the record, due possibly to the exra wide 9mm spine.It is complete with the original unmarked plain white inner sleeve.
The album will be posted securely packaged and fully insured to ensure complete protection and peace of mind.
