JETHRO TULL Rock Island UK LP 1st Pressing A1 B1 Matrix Stunning Archive MINT!

This LP is one of several Jethro Tull LP’s I am currently listing on ebay and the vast majority are in stunning MINT condition.  They are true archive examples of these great albums and it would be virtually impossible to find better copies than these anywhere.

JETHRO TULL ~ Rock Island UK LP 1st Pressing. Chrysalis CHR 1708.  Released 1989 this is an Original  A1 B1  1st pressing. Stunning MINT condition original copy complete with inner card sleeve in pristine condition.

This is a beautiful copy of this LP in stunning pristine mint condition.  This LP is part of a small collection of Tull LP’s where the condition is quite simply outstanding. It is rare that I can say “this LP is as good as the day it left the factory” – but in this instance it is true!!!

Overall condition: MINT

Sleeve: MINT.  The outer sleeve is in fantastic mint condition.  All edges are razor sharp and unworn, corners are unworn, the front and back covers have no marks, creases or damage of any consequence whatsoever.  Any wear which may be visible under extreme close scrutiny is almost imperceptible and extremely minor. Truly fantastic copy

Lyric Insert / Inner Sleeve: MINT

The LP is housed in a lyric inner sleeve that is in MINT condition and totally unmarked. I have now placed the LP into a poly lined sleeve to prevent any damage to the inner through handling or during transit.

Vinyl: (LP) MINT

The vinyl is in pristine mint condition.  The record has probably had a maximum of 1 or 2 plays, it is extremely difficult to make out any feint hairlines or other marks, in every way it is in immaculate condition.

Side A: CHR 1708 A1

Side B: CHR 1708 B1

I inspect all records under a very bright halogen lamp that reveals all marks and wear and I make my grading based only on what is visible under these conditions. 

Labels: MINT

All labels to both records are in mint condition. The labels are totally clean and unmarked

Postage and Packing

All records have been placed in a separate poly lined inner and stored flat outside the sleeve and then placed sealed in a re-sealable polythene outer prior to shipping.  Records are then placed between square cardboard sheets before packaging into cruciform mailers especially designed for LP’s
