COVER CONDITION    Excellent to Mint minus (Ex to M-), The flipback cover is in fantastic shape with slight wear (looks almost new).

RECORD CONDITION  Excellent to Mint minus  (EX to M-), the record is in great condition with a few very light scuffs from being taken out of the sleeve, there are a couple of spindle trails on the near new looking labels

GENERAL COMMENTS  Always nice to pick up records in this sort of condition, and it would be near impossible to find a better copy.
