Very cool mail-in only Promo 45 from the 1958 Dick Clark Beech Nut TV Show featuring a Jerry Lee Lewis hand signed record label. If you mailed in five Beech Nut Gum wrappers you received this signed 45. The signature is in blue ink on the “Breathless” side label. This does not have a custom outer sleeve and comes inside a plain brown paper 45 sleeve. If you are very careful you can even press the original Sun Label with the signature , and then see how it will completely separate from the outer section of the music playing vinyl! You can almost sense how the manufacturing took place! If you do this please be very careful. Then be just as careful pressing it back in place.

Vinyl condition: Very Strong VG+ visual grade. Plays much better than visual grade. Super clean. Wonderful strong vocals. ENJOY!!
