JERRY JEFF WALKER - MR. BOJANGLES TEST PRESSING 45 ATCO 6594 -
This 7" RPM record is a one sided test pressing of Mr. Bonjangles by Jerry Jeff Walker who also wrote this song. The song was a hit for Walker and a bigger hit for The Nitty Gritty Dirt Band in 1970. This 1968 release is in NEAR MINT- condition and has the following number etched in the trail off area: 68c-14622-1. On the blank side, the trailoff area states "BACKING PLATE" and "MFG. BY SPECIALTY RECORDS". A Test pressing is much more rare than a promo because usually only a handful were made for in house use only.
